Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Delhi

Your arrival at Delhi International Airport will be welcomed by an experienced tour representative of Indian Exotic Travel who will escort you to the hotel for check-ins. In the evening, enjoy light and sound show at Akshardham Temple and visit the Iskcon Temple. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi

Today, you will start over your day in Delhi by exploring some of the famous tourist places like -

  • Red Fort - a former Mughal residence for 200 years
  • Jama Masjid - a huge mosque built with red sandstone and marble works
  • Qutub Minar - one of the tallest brick minaret listed as World Heritage Site under UNESCO
  • Humayun’s Tomb - a memorial mausoleum of Mughal Emperor Humayun  
  • India Gate - the war memory located astride to the Rajpath

Later, in case you find it suitable then you can explore Chandni Chowk which is the famous market street in old Delhi. Savor the great taste of the cuisines in Delhi.

Day 3: Delhi to Agra

After breakfast, continue towards your next destination Agra, the Mughal City. Get an assisted transfer and then enjoy exploring tourist places in Agra. Visit Agra Fort which had been a residence of Mughals before the capital was shifted to Delhi. Later, pay a visit to the Tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daula, also known as Baby Taj due to its resemblance to the Taj Mahal. In the evening, spend some time at Mehtab Garden. Overnight stay in Agra.

Day 4: Agra - Jaipur

Early in the morning, proceed to visit the Taj Mahal during the sunrise. Taj Mahal is a breathtaking edifice which was built by Shah Jahan in the memory of his wife, Mumtaz. Return to the hotel for breakfast and then drive for Jaipur.

En route, stop at Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the magnificent landmarks- Jodha Bai’s Palace, Tomb of Salim Chishti, Jama Masjid, Panch Mahal and Buland Darwaza. Further, proceed for Jaipur and transfer to the hotel followed by an overnight stay.

Day 5: Jaipur

Start over your day in the Pink City of India by exploring its mesmerizing architectural jewels that reveal the past in its very own way. Jaipur sightseeing tour will include -

  • Witness the finest art of Rajput architectural style at Amber Fort
  • Spend some time at Jal Mahal which comprises 5 stories where the bottom 4 floors are submerged into the Man Sagar Lake.
  • Jantar Mantar is the largest astronomical observatory  
  • Admire the beauty of City Palace, a royal residence of kings.
  • The last stop is at Hawa Mahal, also known as Wind Palace.

Day 6: Jaipur - Ajmer - Pushkar

In the morning, drive for Pushkar and en route, stop at Ajmer to explore Dargah Sharif of Moinuddin Chishti, a Sufi saint.

Afterward, proceed towards Pushkar and get an assisted transfer to the hotel. Get freshen up and proceed for the sightseeing of Pushkar. Visit the Brahma Temple, a popular Hindu temple that is rarely found and is dedicated to the lord of creation.

Spend some time at Pushkar Lake surrounded by 52 bathing ghats. You may also take a dip into the lake. It is believed that taking a dip into this lake will wash away your sins. Overnight stay in Pushkar.

Day 7: Pushkar - Udaipur

In the morning, drive for Udaipur after taking breakfast. Upon arrival, get an assisted transfer to the hotel. Proceed for the sightseeing of Udaipur, also known as the city of lakes. Udaipur is the most romantic city in Rajasthan.

Explore the City Palace, Jag Mandir, Jagdish Temple and Saheliyon ki Bari. In the evening, enjoy the sunset boat ride at Lake Pichola. Witness the breathtaking views of the lake. Overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day 8: Udaipur - Jodhpur

In the morning, drive for Jodhpur after taking breakfast. Upon arrival, get an assisted transfer to the hotel. Proceed for the sightseeing of Jodhpur, also known as the Blue City due to the blue-painted architecture in the city. Some people also call Jodhpur, the Sun City for the sunny weather throughout the year.

Proceed to explore the tourist attractions in Jodhpur – Mehrangarh Fort located at the top of the hills, Umaid Bhawan Palace, a royal residence of Jodhpur rulers. Another attraction is Jaswant Thada which is a royal cenotaph. In the evening, stroll around the Clock Tower and visit the local shops which are popular for Mathania Red spice, bandhani fabrics, models, handicrafts, puppets, etc. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.

Day 9: Jodhpur - Jaisalmer

In the morning, drive for Jaisalmer, the golden city. Get an assisted transfer to the hotel. In the evening, you may enjoy shopping in the local shops selling handicrafts, puppets, leather products, silver ornaments, etc. Overnight stay in Jaisalmer.

Day 10: Jaisalmer

In the morning, proceed for the sightseeing and explore Jaisalmer Fort, Patwon ki Haveli, Nathmalji ki Haveli, and Salim Singh ki Haveli. In the afternoon, visit Sam Sand Dunes and enjoy the Camel Safari or Jeep Safari during the sunset.

Day 11: Jaisalmer - Bikaner

In the morning, drive for Bikaner and upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Proceed for sightseeing and explore Junagarh Fort, Lalgarh Palace, Karni Mata Temple, and Bhandasar Jain Temple. Bikaner is also known as Camel Country for the breeding of camels. Overnight stay in Bikaner.

Day 12: Bikaner- Nawalgarh

In the morning, drive for Nawalgarh and transfer to the hotel. Nawalgarh is located in the Jhunjhunu district within the Shekhawati region. Explore the Shekhawati Havelis which are beautifully hand-painted with traditional designs and patterns. Overnight stay in Nawalgarh.

Day 13: Nawalgarh - Delhi

In the morning, you will be dropped back at Delhi Airport to board a flight for the onward journey. Here ends your tour.
